EXHIBITIONS

A revert in Islam is an individual born into a Muslim family who abandoned their faith, only to return to Islam. They are considered to have returned to their natural state of submission to Allah. Reverts have the same rights and responsibilities as born Muslims, and Islamic communities provide support for their spiritual growth and reintegration.
"And when those come to you who believe in Our verses, say: 'Peace be upon you. Your Lord has decreed upon Himself mercy: that any of you who does wrong out of ignorance and then repents after that and corrects himself - indeed, He is Forgiving and Merciful.'"

DAW'A - PREACH

Definition of Daw'a

Daw'a (دعوة) is an Arabic term that refers to the act of inviting or calling others to Islam, with the ultimate goal of guiding them to the straight path of righteousness and worshiping Allah alone.

Islamic Perspective

From an Islamic perspective, Daw'a is considered as a fundamental aspect of worship, aiming to guide humanity to the straight path and achieve salvation in the Hereafter.

The fundamental aspects of daw'a are encapsulated within three pivotal categories:

  1. Da'wah ilallah: Calling humanity to the worship and obedience of Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta'ala). "And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong..." (Surah Al'e Imran 3:104)
  2. Tafhim al-Wahy: Introducing the purpose of the revelation of the Glorious Qur'an to the Final Prophet, Muhammad (Sallallahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam). "And We have certainly honored the children of Adam..." (Surah Al Isra 17:70)
  3. Aakhirah: Emphasizing the significance of the Hereafter (Aakhirah), where every individual will be accountable for their deeds in this life. "Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection..."          (Surah Al'e Imran 3:185)

Objectives of Daw'a

The primary objectives of Daw'a are:

  • To convey the message of Islam: To share the teachings of Islam with others, with the aim of guiding them to the truth.
